Units and conversions
EIA may publish liquid fuels in USD/gal; KaizenGTC preserves that source value and, where defensible, shows an indicative USD/MT equivalent with density and formula visible.

What is a market reference?
A published external series used for context. It may be direct, related or proxy depending on how close it is to the physical product.
Why can USD/MT be indicative?
Because a source may publish USD/gal or USD/kg. When KaizenGTC converts, the source value remains visible and the formula, factor or density is disclosed.
How often are values updated?
It depends on the source. World Bank is generally monthly; EIA depends on each series; RNM publishes change when available.
Need to assess a commercial transaction?
Use the reference as context and submit the enquiry with specification, origin, volume, destination and commercial terms.
